LaQuinta is a multifaceted business leader with over 25 years of executive experience spanning Human Resources, Real Estate & Mortgage Services, and Financial & Estate Planning. I am the founder of NuVision Solution LLC, a dynamic business operations consultancy committed to helping individuals and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and lasting impact.
I am recognized Strategic HR Executive that has led transformational people initiatives for global corporations, nonprofits, and high-growth companies.
My expertise spans the full spectrum of HR disciplines — from organizational development and total rewards to M&A, compliance, and HR tech implementation. I am known for aligning people strategy with business performance, building inclusive cultures, and driving operational excellence.
My education is focused on Business and Economic principals. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Economics from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in International Business.
In addition, I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Leadership from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
Beyond Corporations, I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker (California Department of Real Estate), and a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with both the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) and the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI).
